Oh Em GEE! It’s Barbie’s 52nd (and Ken’s 50th!) Anniversary! And Seoul’s Beyond Museum held the 2011 Barbie & Ken Awards to celebrate!! The purpose of the Awards is to honor culture and style icons for the current generation. This may be a huge honor or a very awkward one, but UEE and Soong Joong Ki were awarded with original Barbie & Ken Collection dolls for being trendsetting fashion icons and having a positive influence on Korean culture!
What’s interesting is that UEE and Soong Joong Ki’s outfits match perfectly with the dolls.
