Yoo Seung Ho, cast in Operation Love, “Protects his first love”

Actor Yoo Seung Ho was recently cast in TV Chosun’s series Operation Love.

The series is the remake of the Japanese TV series, Operation Love, which aired in 2007. Yamashita Tomohisa and Nagasawa Masami played the lead roles in the series and received a lot of attention. The series is about  a man who travels through time to succeed in his first love.

Yoo will play the role of Kang Baek Ho, who realizes that he’s in love with a girl at her wedding. Yoo has been loved by many people with a younger brother image. He will show off his manly charms through the series.

Yoo says, “Kang is a normal man who has memories about his first love. I liked the time travel material and I liked that the character tries to protect his first love. I will show off a different side from my previous series,Warrior Baek Dong Soo.”

Yoon Ji Ryun, who wrote the popular series, Boys over Flowers in 2009, also wrote the series. The series will start airing early next year.

Career

He was featured in T-ara's music video "Lies" in early 2009 and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon & The One's music video for the song titled "Like The Stars" which was released on November 17, 2010.

Also, in earlier in 2010, he and IU sang a duet together called "Believe In Love" for a popular Korean charity show, Love Request, where he had gone to the slums of India and Sri Lanka and witnessed their living conditions.
